Sustainment CCW Training Course
Training Courses

    Our Sustainment CCW Training Course includes 4 - 6 hours of Range Instruction and a
    Certificate of Training.

    The skills associated with safe and effective handgun handling and shooting are highly
    perishable.

    Our Sustainment CCW Training Course picks up where our Initial CCW Course leaves
    off.

    Our Sustainment CCW Training Course reinforces the skills learned in our Initial CCW
    Course and introduces students to additional skills related to safe and effective
    handgun handling and shooting that are not covered in our Initial CCW Training Course.

Course Goal

    “To assist current CCW holders in maintaining those highly perishable skills associated
    with safe and effective handgun handling and shooting.”

  1. Four Universal Safety Rules
  2. Engaging the Threat
  3. After Action Drills (including 360 degree threat scans)
  4. Verifying the Condition of your Firearm (Semi-Automatic Pistol and Revolver)
  5. Re-holstering
  6. Multiple Target Engagements
  7. Support-side Shooting
  8. One-hand Shooting
  9. Emergency Reloads (Semi-Automatic Pistol and Revolver)
  10. Clearing Type 1 Malfunctions (Failure to Fire) (Semi-Automatic Pistol and Revolver)
  11. Clearing Type 2 Malfunctions (Failure to Eject “Stovepipe”)
  12. Clearing Type 3 Malfunctions (Failure to Extract “Double Feed”)

Prerequisites

    Students must have a current California Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit.

                                                                  AND

    Students must have completed the Initial Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Training
    Course offered by Mike Lee Solutions.

Course Completion

    Upon successful completion of this course, students will be issued a Certificate of
    Training.

Training Price

    CCW Course (Sustainment) -- $50.00 for students with a current CCW who have
    completed our Initial CCW Training Course and desire to maintain their
    weapons handling skill levels at levels well beyond those of the majority of
    CCW holders.
