Bill Nova

    Bill lives in Humboldt County with his family and has been a Police Officer with a local Law
    Enforcement Agency for the past 26 years.  Bill is the current Rangemaster and Chief Instructor in the
    areas of Firearms and Tactics for the Agency; as well as being an instructor with the local Police
    Academy.

    Bill is a former member of the US Army where he started his Firearm Instructor path with the 82nd
    Airborne Division and Army Marksmanship Training Unit.

    Bill is a Certified California POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Instructor in the following
    training disciplines: Firearms (pistol, rifle, shotgun, and submachine gun), SWAT, and Patrol Tactics.

    Bill is also a POST certified Law Enforcement Armorer.

    Bill also is an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, Chief Range Safety Officer, Pistol Instructor, and
    Personal Protection Instructor; and an approved California Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW)
    Instructor for the County of Humboldt.

    Bill has attended numerous firearms and tactics schools over the course of his nearly 30 years of
    instructing.

Dennis Parker

    Dennis Parker has lived in Humboldt County, California, since the late-1960s, when he arrived to
    attend Humboldt State College (University).  He resides in Bayside with his wife.

    Dennis retired from law enforcement in 2009, and is currently working part-time as a deputy sheriff.  
    His varied law enforcement career included positions as Head Range Officer, SWAT Commander,
    Sergeant, and Officer Safety Instructor.

    Dennis has attended numerous firearms and tactic schools during his 30+ years in law
    enforcement.   

    He is POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) certified, with a life California Community College
    instructor’s credential in police science, with several  years of teaching experience.

    Dennis is a NRA-certified Chief Range Safety Officer, Range Safety Officer, Pistol Instructor and
    Personal Protection Instructor, and an approved California Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW)
    instructor for the County of Humboldt, California.  

    He is a Patron member of the National Rifle Association.

Michael Lee

    Michael lives in Mckinleyville, California where he works as a Tribal Gaming Agent for the largest Tribal
    Gaming Agency in Northern California. Michael is also a Police Officer with the Blue Lake Tribal Police
    Department.

    Michael is a retired Army Special Forces Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with extensive experience
    in firearms instruction, safe firearms handling and personal protection.

    Michael is the Chief Range Master and Primary Firearms Instructor for the Blue Lake Tribal Gaming
    Commission and the Blue Lake Tribal Police Department.

    Michael is a California Department of Justice Certified Firearms Instructor and an approved California
    Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW) Instructor for the County of Humboldt.

    Michael is a NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, Chief Range Safety Officer, Pistol Instructor, and
    Personal Protection Instructor.

    In addition to being a graduate of many Law Enforcement and Military firearms training courses,
    Michael is a graduate of over 30 courses offered by The Front Sight Firearms Training Institute where
    he has distinguished himself in the Handgun and Shotgun Curricula. Michael is also a Graduate of
    the Front Sight Instructor Development Program.

    Michael is an Benefactor Member of the National Rifle Association and a Certified Front Sight
    Ambassador.
